As stated previously, we really recommend and can not
emphasise too much the importance of visiting a showroom to
finalise your choice. Should this not be possible we request
that you either fax or E Mail the enquiry form to allow us
supply a sample of your selected product in its present
batch shade. At this time we require to know the quantities
involved to enable us to reserve stocks as per sample and to
quote a delivered price. We will then hold the tiles for 7
days from despatch of the sample, after which time should
the batch change it would be necessary to supply a further
sample of the new batch.
Due to high carriage costs, product supplied as the sample
is not returnable. In the unlikely event of a dispute it is
the customer’s responsibility to return the tiles at their
cost for appraisal. Should we agree, (except for natural
products) that the product is not as the supplied sample a
full refund will be allowed.
Due to the fragile nature of tiles it should always be
assumed that a small quantity will be damaged, these will
usually be utilised in areas where full tiles are not
required. Orders when received should immediately be fully
checked and if breakages are excessive, a full report should
be submitted within 24 hours.
